Mark Wenn is a Partner at Mills Oakley in the Commercial Disputes and Insolvency team in Melbourne. Mark’s areas of speciality include finance disputes, personal property securities, insolvency, secured and unsecured debt and asset recovery, contractual disputes, trade practices and consumer law, and negligence actions. As a member of AICM and ARITA, Mark presents regularly on topics of interests to stakeholders in the debt recovery and insolvency industries.

Shannon Jenkins is a lawyer in the Commercial Dispute Resolution and Insolvency team at Mills Oakley. Shannon has experience advising clients on complex litigious issues involving corporations, contracts, equity, competition and consumer law, securities enforcement and debt recovery.
