Donna Smith, Managing Director of Reliance Recoveries Debt Collection Agency will share her 20+ year’s knowledge in collections, sharing with you the tricks and tips that you can use to collect more of your money more often.
Donna has been a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management since March 2009, a VIC/TAS Committee Member since July 2012, has successfully run her own debt collection business since April 2004, and has been involved in credit and collections in excess of 20 years.
Donna has long held a passion for teaching her staff and clients to be better at collecting money. Reliance Recoveries motto is “More Money Collected More Often” and it’s through Donna’s experience and methods and passing that knowledge onto her staff and client’s that Reliance can live up to that motto.
