VIC - Customer Service Breakfast Seminar
Many people have some experience in how to deliver good customer service- smile, be friendly and so forth. However, to deliver really good customer service you also need to consider your organisations systems and processes. Even with the best intentions, many organisations manage to inadvertently annoy their customers. In the session, we’ll have a look at where these “pain points” are and what we can do to fix them.
Jason McCutcheon has a varied and diverse background starting his professional career as an industrial chemist, and progressed through management roles including quality assurance, sales, distribution, to then on to state and general management. A desire to share this experience and skill was the catalyst for his move into management training. Jason now works with industry clients, designing and delivering training for new and existing managers to improve their performance.
Jason has also won several training awards from both Swinburne University of Technology and Box Hill Institute of TAFE.
