WA Breakfast Seminar: Hot Topics in Restructuring – Impacts to Credit Providers

The most substantial changes to insolvency legislation in decades commenced on 1 September 2017.  This seminar will cover how your rights, obligations and the way you interact with insolvency professionals has changed and how you can use them to your advantage.

We are proud to have Nathan Stubing from FTI Consulting present on the reforms and highlight the impact the new legislation will have on us as credit providers. He will look to give an overview of the changes, discuss the new rights & increased powers to credit providers, and advise how these improvements will be of benefit to the credit world.

The WA Credit Community look forward to seeing as many of our members as possible at this important presentation.

There will be time allocated for discussion at the conclusion of the morning’s event, so please come with along with any questions needing answers.
