Credit Officer - Accounts Receivable

Fantastic opportunity for experienced Credit Officer to join leading Geelong manufacturer! Harvest Talent Recruitment are proud to partner with this Geelong organisation who are currently on the lookout for an experienced Credit Officer. About the role: Reporting to the National Credit Manager, duties will include: - Monitoring customer accounts to ensure everything is kept up to date and customers don’t exceed their allocated credit limit. - Conducting investigations into any discrepancies within customer accounts. - Taking responsibility for a portfolio of existing and new brands & clients, managing the banking, onboarding and credit control. - Reconciling customer accounts and providing reports, producing credit notes, and managing stop supply requirements. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer files. About you: An excellent communicator with experience working within a commercial environment and dealing with high volume customer accounts, you will bring demonstrated experience in analysing credit reporting services and online credit card merchant systems, along with: - Strong internal & external stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to effectively manage own time and excellent attention to detail. - Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems (desirable). - Proven debt recovery experience and experience with credit insurance protocols. - 2-3 experience in a similar role.
