When is the conference?
The 2020 National Conference will be held from Wednesday 14 October to Friday 16 October 2020.
The leadership forum will be held from 9:00am - 12:00pm on Wednesday 14 October.
The main conference sessions will be held from 1:30pm Wednesday 14 October until 3:30pm on Friday 16 October 2020.
The Welcome Reception will be held from 5:15pm on Wednesday 14 October.
The President's Dinner will be held on Thursday 15 October from 7pm.

The National Conference forms a core part of the AICM achieve's our goals of representing, developing and recognising the experience of over 2,600 individual members working in over 1,300 companies including 34 of the ASX 100 and global organisations in all industries and sectors.
AICM members hold positions in all sectors of the finance industry including credit control and policy, business information, reports and research, mercantile services, insurance and risk management, recruitment and human resources, business technology, insolvency and turn-around management.

Attendance at the individual conference sessions will accrue CCE Accreditation points. Attendance at every session with accrue 14 CCE points. Attendance at the Leadership Forum will accrue 3 CCE points. For CCE points to be attained you will need to hand your passport book into the AICM registration desk prior to 2:00pm on the Friday,

By registering for the AICM 2020 National Conference, delegates grant permission to the Australian Institute of Credit Management, its agents and others working under its authority to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from Australian Institute of Credit Management in respect of their image/likeness or its use.
In registering for this conference, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only) and may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including AICM, sponsors and exhibitors. Delegate Registration Fee Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel from the conference after payment has been received, a refund will be given, subject to a $200.00 administration fee, provided written notification is received prior to 5:00 pm Friday 11 September 2020.
After this date refunds will only be made at the discretion of the AICM CEO. Substitutions will be accepted but must be made in writing to the Conference Organiser via email@example.com. All refunds are via the original payment method.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival and "No Shows" will attract a 100% cancellation fee. Any amendment or cancellation of bookings made through the online booking must be made in writing to the event manager via firstname.lastname@example.org.
