This module covers risk in the credit arena through the life cycle of the customer. From the point of receiving the customer’s credit application through the maintenance of the account to finalisation and closing.

 The course is designed for;

Catrina is a Risk and Credit specialist currently working as a credit consultant as a Sales Executive at National Credit Insurance (Brokers). Catrina also has over 2 and half years of risk underwriting experience from Trade Credit Insurance at QBE. With a background in debt collection and a previous Credit Manager herself, Catrina has a full understanding of Risk Assessment and Mitigation from end to end of the Credit process. An AICM councillor for over 3 years, she was recently appointed to Vice President of the Vic/Tas AICM Council. Catrina also won the Young Credit Professional Award for VIC/TAS in 2016. A curiosity and enjoyment of credit has lead Catrina into hosting training sessions and she is a wealth of knowledge, passionate to share and encourage the future of Credit.
